Had An Accident?
Financial members of the Club are covered by Insurance if they are injured, or if they have suffered property loss or damage in the course of patrolling, competiting or training.
Please contact the Admin Office as soon as possible for assistance with obtaining your insurance. Please click below for the necessary paperwork that will need to be filled in.

Registration Dates 2010/11
At this stage no specific registrations for the new season have been set. Registrations, can however be renewed at any time at the Club Admin Office during the Admin Office hours, Monday, Thursday afternoon, and Saturday morning
2009/10 Memberships will expire on 8 November 2010 (3 months from the AGM) and no Member will be entered in carnivals after this date if they have not renewed their memberships and club area access will be withdrawn.
New members are always welcome and registration is available all year round, please contact the Administration Office for more information.
When becoming a member of Avoca Beach Surf Life Saving Club, all members over the age of 18, and parents of those younger must sign the following forms:

Membership Forms including the back of the form which is the Insurance Form;

Child Protection Forms, this is a requirement by law that all those who come in contact with children have this form signed. Forms need to be signed on an annual basis.
Membership forms can be obtained from the Admin Office in the Clubhouse
The Avoca Beach SLSC Gym
Avoca Beach SLSC Gym Membership Forms
To use this facility Members will need to pay the Gym Membership Fee of $50, and sign the ABSLSC Gym agreement forms. When joining, members will be provided with a copy of the Gym Terms and Conditions, to which all gym members are encouraged to abide by.
The Gym facilities are only available to Active Members of the Club, Associate Members (must be over the age of 35), or Bronze Holders over the age of 15.
Entry is via thumbprint scan at the gym door. Please note this is the only entrance, and should the double doors at the back be opened externally, the alarm will be activated.
We hope that all members will respect the gym and assist with the general cleanliness and upkeep of the room and equipment. Please refer to the AB SLSC Code of Conduct

SLSA Long Service Awards
Recognition of years of service to the various Surf Life Saving arms.
Attention all Members who have been actively involved in the Surf Life Saving movement for over ten years.....
Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA) values the contribution made to the movement by its members. Previously, there have been a range of awards that are available for clubs to use to recognise their members. These have been consolidated into a member recognition framework, to make it easier for clubs to apply for the appropriate awards for their members.
